I have been in many MLM businesses over the years and did not want to enter into another one. I contacted a current local agent and asked if this was a real deal. I have been with Luxevo Vacations almost 1 year and I have to say, it has been phenomenal. The moment I signed up, I was greeted with a personal phone call from Burt Kramer himself. Burt has created a business that is affordable, educational, supportive and creative to make your business a success. Luxevo Vacations has given us agents every opportunity to be successful through online tools and office, live webinars, FAM trips, 3DTI (3 Day Training Intensive, located at Corporate Brandenton, FL), on call staff in every aspect of the business, agents willing and able to assist you in your business. The staff is fabulous and actually care about you and you being successful in your business. The business back office that is provided to you, the day you sign on with Luxevo as your host agency; gives you all the tools to be successful in your first 120 days or at your own pace. I have had many businesses over the years and the expense of running your own business, can be daunting and expensive. I have every business tool at my disposal and assistance if I am unsure how to use it. I had the pleasure to meet Burt and Patricia Kramer last June at the 3DTI in Bradenton, Florida. I was immediately greeted with a large smile and a selfie! Burt and Patricia are as down to earth, grateful and blessed to be able to help their agents succeed. did a lot of research before signing with Luxevo Vacations. When I called and spoke with Burt he was very knowledgeable with every questions I asked. (even stating. "boy you did your research!") I signed up one week and was at the 3DIT! (3 Day Intensive Training) the next week, in Bradenton Florida. I have been to training's before, but not like this one! OMG! Intensive, overwhelming, informative, supportive, exciting, knowledgeable. With speakers from many suppliers there to help you learn about their products. Interjected with Burt, Dustin, Patricia and other great support staff, always there to help with any questions we had. Even though my head was spinning at times with all this knowledge, I had support. The Luxevo Family" Oh my! the Luxevo Family: Burt, his wife Patricia, Dustin, Lane, Nicole, Luisa, Derek, and Gabriella (I am sure I missed some, sorry) They all are so helpful with any questions I have. They are always there for us. Luxevo Vacations not just the office staff but other travel specialist at Luxevo are all family. We are ALL here to help each other. When I signed up with Luxevo Vacations, I had very little knowledge about being a travel agent, but it is something I’ve always wanted to do. I love the excitement of the travel industry, from booking people their dream vacations, to experiencing the FAM trips! There are so many possibilities with being a travel specialist, and Luxevo Vacations opens up so many opportunities to allow you to succeed as a successful travel specialist. They offer trainings, marketing materials, very cool FAM trips, a 3 day intensive training at their office in Bradenton, Florida, which is priceless along with all the encouragement you can take! Burt & Patricia Kramer are amazing, they have a real knack with welcoming you in and making you feel like family. This host agency offers so much support to their travel specialists, if you are new to the business or a seasoned agent, the support from everyone is fantastic!
Luxevo Vacations is more than just an Incredible company it's a family! I searched for almost an year and came across Burt Kramer. He and is wife Patricia are so welcoming, knowledgeable, supportive, and sincere! You don't find that many places anymore. It doesn't stop there. Being very new and green to the travel industry, I was so scared and doubtful that I could even enter and build a career in this awesome industry. It is so huge! Then enters Luxevo and all the support staff, training, FAM trips, family of fellow Travel Specialists that share their knowledge with you, and full out marketing content supplied for you. WOW! I was blessed to attend a 3 Day Intensive Training and my mind was blown! Not only do you get an abundance of support remotely, this training is hands on and just makes things click! The best part is the confirmation I had of the people who run this company. It is a real family and real people who are like family fighting for your success . What you see from Burt & Patricia on video is what you get. Nicole, Luisa, Dustin, Lane, Derek, and Gabriella also working so hard for us at the home office (and even more I may have missed) are the best! Genuine Amazing people. One of the best decisions I could have made for myself and my family was to become part of the Luxevo Vacations family! Excited for my career in travel with them as my Host Agency!! I believe anyone who is looking for a host agency and especially if you are new to the industry, can't go wrong with Luxevo Vacations!
My experience with Luxevo Vacations has been superb. The exclusive FAM trips have been to die for. The 3 Day Training Intensive in Bradenton, Florida is incredibly valuable. I have learned so much that I didn't even know that I didn't know before Luxevo. My previous host agency, I thought was good. They were ok, but little did I know what Burt Kramer had cooking up in the Florida sunshine! My last host had a good commission split and training and fam trips, but didn't provide the personal touch that Luxevo Vacations has. From study hall and weekly webinars for training to other helpful agents and you're not going to believe this, but they even have done-for-you marketing. Don't believe me? Check out the Luxevo Vacations YouTube channel! Agents have access to all this content and so much more! No more creating content. No more coming up with posts. They teach you just how to market yourself, market sales, it's all done! I HAVE to give a shoutout to Dustin and Henry on this one, they don't get enough credit for all they do at Luxevo Vacations. Luxevo Vacations has been like a marketing easy button, my new best friends, and great vacation experiences all wrapped up into one great business opportunity. Burt and Patricia and the team at Luxevo have really gone above and beyond with this amazing company! People don't know what they're missing if they're with a different host agency or (choke) one of those Vacation MLMs. My income has increased, not just because I sell more vacations (I do), but I'm also selling the same old vacations to the same old people, it's just that Burt and the team have taught me how to maximize my efforts and really earn more commissions per vacation. Having a clear plan of action has never been easier! Even more importantly, I have a travel family, not just a host agency. From the moment I got started on here, I was provided the support needed to succeed. Being among a community of like minded people has helped me create a shift to many areas of my life. The owner and his family have created the opportunity for me to grow my travel business. As in anything, it’s all about the time and energy spent to make it work for you!
