Do you provide any specific training or education?
Asked by Erin Baker on November 11, 2020 in Programs

Hi Erin!
At LTN we focus heavily on training of all sorts, it's pretty much our pride in joy <3 Within our Management team, we have experts in Marketing, Operations, and Technology Systems which helps us to provide specialized training in the categories that we feel need more focus within the industry. We also have amazing partnerships with our supplier partners which allows us to provide Agency Specific trainings with our Business Development Managers to be sure that we are getting individualized help that our agents can apply directly to their business models and niches.

What support can you offer new agents on weekends?
Asked by Anne Tomalin on October 27, 2020 in General

Hi Anne!
All of our active Independent Contractors have open lines of communication with our team basically 24/7. We provide a back end system that has internal chat functions for the entire team, a facebook group just for our family of agents to work together, as well as direct contact information for all of the management staff to help in any way possible when needed. We are here to ensure that you and your business are taken care of, no matter what time of day!

May I see a list of your preferred providers? I'd like to see if they're a good match for my niche.
Asked by Anne Tomalin on October 27, 2020 in General

Hi Anne!
Our supplier list is always evolving! We certainly have a select few that we utilize more consistently as "preferred suppliers," but we also encourage our agents to create relationships with who works well for them. Here is a link of just some of our many suppliers that you can take a look at. I think this shows our versatility greatly when it comes to supplier partnerships. Our Lotus Family is important to us, and that always includes our supplier partners!

Is not being part of any travel consortium mean less access to vendors/suppliers?
Asked by Anne Tomalin on October 27, 2020 in General

Hi Anne!
Not being a part of a consortium definitely does not mean less access to suppliers! We have amazing relationships with our supplier partners and are very appreciative of all that they do for us and our agents. Having a Consortium offers great additional support in resources and we are very excited that we have an announcement coming January 2021!! So this won't be an empty space for us for very long, promise! <3
