I have been with LaMacchia Jet Stream for 2 years and I am so happy I joined them!
They are a host agency that does not accept just anyone that is willing to pay them. They accept agents based on criteria (amount of sales, experience, must have industry referrals, etc). This keeps our profession professional!
There are no fees and the comission amounts have different tiers (minimum 70%) based on yearly sales. Which always pushes you to do better.
They offer training webinars at least once a week (optional) and weekly member meetings to just chat about life and the business, also optional.
There are many educational opportunities, online, in person events, destination experiences, company retreats, fams and more.
We have great relationships with our travel partners. Everyone in the industry knows how important that is.
If we are in need of help, there is always someone on the Jet Stream Team and/or members that are willing to help us work through it.
