First Travel Alliance Vacations

First Travel Alliance is my second and last travel company. They allow you the resources to expand your business to what you feel comfortable. You are encouraged but not pushed to do so. There is annual "Boot Camps" that offer information from the actual vendors we deal with in the travel business to come and tell us about their company, discuss changes and answer questions. Training is provided for International travel. so we can be more aware and certified to discuss those areas for our clients. We are able to have relationships with these vendors without the requirement of getting permission from Headquarters to make moves. We use multiple platform to have open dialog with each other. We use this from the beginner all the way to the experience agent. Nobody feel like there are dumb questions. Response time from the main office is quick if by email or phone. They have the resources and we dont have a relationship with a particular vendor they don't mind taking the time to research the legitimacy of the company to protect their agents. I have been with them for over 10 years and really enjoy the company. Great agency to do business with.

First Travel Alliance is the second host agency I've been with and immediately, I could feel the difference. They are 100% focused on travel, small enough to care, but large enough to be recognized in the industry. I've made friends with other agents, gained a ton of valuable training, and had a blast while doing it! Being a travel agent and seeing the world is the life people dream about!!

I truly enjoy working with FTA and have for several years. They are excellent with their support, follow up and willingness to open new avenues to their agents. They provide numerous opportunities for additional education and camaraderie throughout the year which is extremely beneficial. The sharing of best practices and proven methods among each other is absolutely one of the best benefits.
