About First Travel Alliance Vacations

FTA Vacations (First Travel Alliance) was founded in 2011 with an executive team who have worked in the travel industry since the 1990s. FTA contracts for a 12-month term, accepting agents of all experience levels and offering commission splits between 60-80% (depending on sales and training).

FTA offers monthly conference calls, webinars and conferences to maintain agent education. They also provide updated website technologies, CRM, training and commission-tracking tools. FTA requires that all agents purchase individual E&O insurance plans (which can be purchased for $80/year).
