What is the commission split with Dreams Travel Consulting?

Hi Danielle, We start our commission at 65% for brand-new agents in the first year.  I personally mentor all new agents and work with them to book in that first year while they are still learning.  After that, they go up to 70% with the ability to climb to 90% with different volume levels.  We bring on experienced agents at different commission levels depending on where they are. What kind of training does your agency provide to its agents?

Thanks for your question.  We provide a New Agent self-paced training program that lasts anywhere from 2 weeks-2 months.  We will craft a path for the agent depending on the niche they hope to work into.  And if you are an experienced agent, we waive most of that training and look at anything that agent may need to get up to speed!
