There is an agreement required, but there is absolutey no startup cost, nor are there any hidden fees or quotas so you do not need to stay with us for any specific length of time. We do find with our unique approach to training agent whether wanting to do this part time or full time, plus the fact that there are no fees, that our agents stay for a long time.
