ATHome has been the perfect host agency for me in so many aspects. I was new to the industry when I became a member of ATHome, and their Member Engagement Manager was so helpful, friendly & understanding with all of my questions. Their online training was thorough, user-friendly and engaging, and they continuously update and enhance their online resources. Whenever I reach out with questions, they are quick to respond not only to the question at hand, but to offer additional advice and guidance.

Even though I work from home, I can sense the spirit of camaraderie among everyone I have interacted with at ATHome. They are supportive of each other, and of their independent agents. The entire organization truly seems to work together as a team…it is not uncommon for me to receive a response to my questions directly from the C-suite.

ATHome offers many training webinars with suppliers on a regular basis, and they hold recurring “Let’s Chat” zooms with all members in order to communicate updates, provide refreshers, and facilitate a chance for members to ask questions and share best practices. I thoroughly enjoy these zooms not only for the information I learn, but for the chance to “e-mingle” with others!

ATHome’s affiliation with Signature Travel Network also provides so much opportunity for its members, from the preferred suppliers, to the marketing materials, to the wide breadth of training offerings. Signature offers a Travel Expert Select program for advisors interested in specializing in a particular destination or special interest. When I decided to apply for this program, ATHome’s executive team was so supportive of my goal, and so generous with their time by reviewing and approving my submission to apply for the program. I am so grateful to the CFO and CMO for their support in helping me to successfully join this program.

Due to ATHome’s affiliation with Signature, I had the good fortune of being able to attend Signature’s annual conference this year, which provides a wealth of knowledge to attendees through its general sessions and workshops, and also facilitates amazing opportunities to meet and connect with an expansive variety of Signature’s preferred suppliers. However, what was equally special to me was the opportunity to spend time with individuals from ATHome while we were there. Being able to get to know them in person, and to discuss their experiences and advice, was so valuable…not only was it an incredible learning experience, but it filled my cup to feel that sense of camaraderie in person.

In summary, I’m so grateful that – after taking into consideration the guidance provided by HAR regarding choosing a host  – I decided on ATHome. To anyone going through the process of choosing a host, I can’t recommend ATHome enough!

ATHome, Inc. after taking over from What A Trip has been a great Host Agency. Their Travel & Training School, private Facebook Group, and company support provides me with resources to learn the Travel business and run a successful home based travel agency. I have worked through ATHome/Atlas Travel for a few years now and they have proven time and time again that I could not have made a better choice. I found ATHome through my Certified Travel Associate coursework through The Travel Institute. I liked the trainings offered and felt it would be a great fit for me since I was starting my own travel agency. The trainings gave me the confidence to reach out to an astrophotographer to see if he would partner with me and he did! The trainings helped with my organization and setup of the event which was fantastic! I couldn’t have accomplished this outcome without the trainings from ATHome. Everyone is so helpful when you have a question and are quick to respond. ATHome has helped to give my travel agency the professional look and edge for continued success!

This is my third with ATHome and I can highly recommend them as a Hosting Agency. They have the training to help you get started but more than that they have the support to assist you with whatever you need. From building your website to your business cards and certifications. They are also constantly improving processes and procedures to make it easier for you to book your clients and receive your commission. I am a new member with the ATHome family and I’ve never felt more included while joining an organization. Leadership is easily accessible and knowledgeable. There is so much room for growth and training. The membership fees are low and there are so many people willing to help. This agency is very inclusive and they have alot of opportunities for growth.

I have been with ATHome Travel since the switch from What A Trip Vacations. There was great improvement in services and training when the transition happened. I have enjoyed being with the company. I like that the commission process is automated as long as I complete the back end process which is seamless. AtHome has a variety of suppliers for agents to use. As a home-based travel agent, I found that ATHome worked best for me in allowing me the flexibility to run my business the way I need to. As a host agency, AtHome provides quality customer service and attention to its' agents. They are a great host agency for new and experienced agents.

I chose What A Trip as my host agency because they offered everything I needed to begin as a travel advisor. I could not be more pleased with my decision. What A Trip offered lots of support, guidance and training for a new travel advisor. The staff was available to answer questions, provide advice based on their experience and pay commissions timely. After purchasing What a Trip, At Home continued to provide excellent support and training. The CEO of At Home, Elaine Osgood, is a very "hands on" person. She along with her staff are supportive and very helpful. I really like the electronic payment system At Home implemented and changing our affiliated consortia to Signature Travel Network. If you are looking for a Host Agency, At Home is awesome.

ATHome, Inc. is the host agency I decided to trust with my travel business. I consulted with several other host agencies, and I felt the most support and guidance with ATHome. The Travel & Training School, private Facebook Group, and company support provides me with all relevant resources to run a successful home based travel agency. Some host agencies expect you to sell travel as your main source of income. I am a Part-Time Independent Travel Advisor. I do this because I love to travel with my family, and I want to help others to discover new destinations and experiences. I have been able to find balance with ATHome, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about the staff.

I have received surveys and questionnaires for input, and based on the feedback, ATHome has made great strides in enhancing products and services for all advisors. Mrs. Elaine Osgood has been very instrumental in helping to guide me in my path to becoming a great travel advisor. From the first phone call introducing the company and its benefits she has been hands on with me.

I recently had a hiccup of clients not receiving onboard credit. My clients showed the reservation at check-in and were advised they did not show it in the system. I was called and advised of the situation. I called the agent line and was told nothing could be done. I sent an email to the ATHOME address requesting help with this problem. Not only did Mrs. Elaine email to reassure me as a new agent she also emailed a rep from the cruise line directly to help resolve the issue. My clients received the onboard credit while sailing. They called and were impressed with my(our) ability to make this happen.

Mrs. Elaine and the AThome family saved the day.
