What's the criteria for moving up the different levels? Roughly how quickly can one expect to move up them?
Asked by Jonathan Marchan on July 22, 2019 in Programs

Hello Jonathan,

Our 4 program levels are based on commission volume and/or experience. Below are the details and what we require for each. There is not really an estimate on how quickly you can move up because it depends on your particular business and when your clients are booking/traveling. We do count gross commission not just your net commission.

Inexperienced: New to the Industry--50/50 split
Experienced: Subjective, been in travel or made over $5000 in gross commission--70/30 split
Established: Over $10,000 in gross commission--80/20 split
Executive: Over $25,000 in gross commission--90/10 split

More information on this can also be found on our website in under the Programs and Benefits tab.

How does your coverage backup system work while I take a vacation?
Asked by Ria Maratheftis on June 20, 2019 in General

Thank you for noticing that. Unfortunately because of recent developments with the possible new California law regarding independent contractors, we cannot internally offer vacation back up. However, we can help you locate a fellow independent contractor in the MTravel family to back you up.
