I'm five months into my journey with Outside Agents. I chose them because they were the best value as far as I could tell, and the woman who inspired me to pursue this career recommended them after doing her research after having started with another company that was an MLM that she doesn't want to be affiliated with. I'm taking her to lunch tomorrow in appreciation for the recommendation, I feel like OA was a good fit for me. So far they've been pretty hands off with me, but that's kind of what I wanted while I got the business parts completed ... setting up the business, figuring out how to organize things, getting the inital training done and getting familiar with everything, getting my website set up, the whole nine yards, dang no wonder I'm tired, lol. I kid. Not really but OA made it so much better than it could have been. They will not hold your hand, don't expect that, I didn't even want that and suspect you don't either. But as you have questions, they will answer the ones related to their business. If it's related to YOUR business, that's all you. You are assigned a mentor after your initial training and because I'm still pretty early, I'm trying to get a feel for how that works. It's pretty incredible what a great system they have set up, for so many agents from so many backgrounds with such different levels of knowlege and experience. And they make it work. Oh, you need to know, they have a great system for handling pretty much any question you have that you can't find yourself. MOST of it is already documented and it's pretty easy to find your way around after you get the hang of it. But when you can't find the answer or you need something, you just submit an SOS ticket. Their SOS team is on top of it, they're quick with a response! I'm coming from a corporate background and am super impressed with their SOS team in comparison to the responses I've seen in the corporate world. I'm super early in and will come back and update later on. My advice so far would be to bet on OA and go for it!
Outstanding company for any level of travel experience. They offer great training and always available to answer questions and assist you when you need it.
I tried other Host Agencys before and they wanted a fee to join and a whole lot of lip service. I never recieved my commissions and every training session had a fee to it. Since I joined this group several years back I have had nothing but support, training (Free) and actual payments!!! I LOVE them and have spoke to other travel professionals in my area about joining them!! If you are not a memeber you are missing out.
Great host agency, I started with another host and thought I was going to have to quit what I loved to do, then I found Outside Agents, It was heaven sent, I have done nothing but grow with OA. I highly recommend to anyone who wants to work with great people, to join OA. I have never had a problem they could not fix. They are always very helpful and encouraging to their agents.......... OA ROCKS!!!!
I love my folks at OutsideAgents.com. They are there to answer any questions and I feel quite comfortable booking my clients with them as my Host Agency.
Outside Agents has been awesome! I was with another host agency, but found them to be most unhelpful with I would call with questions. Totally opposite with OA. Chad and Steve, and all the others are so willing to help. We even have their cell #'s! Another bonus with OA, the forum. We as agents can post a question, and get immediate answers. Its a great way to keep in touch will fellow agents.
I was luck this year to make the 90% commission cut! Got a pay raise! OA has the TA in mind. And will do anything to help us succeed.

I have to agree with much of what has been said here. Outside Agents has been a wonderful change for me. I was previously with another host agency, and getting any help or a response out of them usually resulted in one word answers. If I have a question now, it's usually answered by one of the owners in a very reasonable amount of time.
I love having no fees to worry about, and the commission structure is very fair. I'm fortunate enough to have moved up to 90% this year.
There are always webinars available, and their resources are awesome.

This is my third host agency. The first two have gone out of business and I know why. They were the opposite of Cruises & Tours Unlimited. This agency is very helpful and efficient. They will certainly assist their agents in every way. I do recommend them as the best in the business.
Outside Agents has a wonderful support staff, available at all times during the day and able to answer and assist with all questions and concerns. In addition, they are a fair agency with great incentives and commission splits and their main focus is the success of their agents. Training is available both live and in the library for future reference, and the owners are committed to providing the most training possible.
I highly recommend Outside Agents to all agents who are seeking a host!
I have been with Outside Agents for about two years and have found them to be an exceptional host agency! They provide many opportunities for education, which is a blessing for me, as I live in rural Wyoming and don't have the time or funds to travel to many seminars or conferences.
Their support is really top notch. Whenever I have a question or problem, it is answered by the owners themselves, and they take the time to be sure my questions and needs are met. I have never felt they were trying to get me off the line, rather that they truly have a interest in me and my business.
Outside Agents has been and will continue to be my choice of host agencies, and I would recommend them to any agent looking for a host agency to partner with.
Outside Agents is the best kept secret. You will learn and succeed. This family owned, established business will be available for you with all the tools you need to be a successful home based travel agent (for Free). There is an agent forum where you will connect with other agents in Outside Agents, you learn from each other, make new friends as well as make money. This has been for me a most positive experience.
