I'm five months into my journey with Outside Agents. I chose them because they were the best value as far as I could tell, and the woman who inspired me to pursue this career recommended them after doing her research after having started with another company that was an MLM that she doesn't want to be affiliated with. I'm taking her to lunch tomorrow in appreciation for the recommendation, I feel like OA was a good fit for me. So far they've been pretty hands off with me, but that's kind of what I wanted while I got the business parts completed ... setting up the business, figuring out how to organize things, getting the inital training done and getting familiar with everything, getting my website set up, the whole nine yards, dang no wonder I'm tired, lol. I kid. Not really but OA made it so much better than it could have been. They will not hold your hand, don't expect that, I didn't even want that and suspect you don't either. But as you have questions, they will answer the ones related to their business. If it's related to YOUR business, that's all you. You are assigned a mentor after your initial training and because I'm still pretty early, I'm trying to get a feel for how that works. It's pretty incredible what a great system they have set up, for so many agents from so many backgrounds with such different levels of knowlege and experience. And they make it work. Oh, you need to know, they have a great system for handling pretty much any question you have that you can't find yourself. MOST of it is already documented and it's pretty easy to find your way around after you get the hang of it. But when you can't find the answer or you need something, you just submit an SOS ticket. Their SOS team is on top of it, they're quick with a response! I'm coming from a corporate background and am super impressed with their SOS team in comparison to the responses I've seen in the corporate world. I'm super early in and will come back and update later on. My advice so far would be to bet on OA and go for it!
Great agency ! No fees of any kind and they are there to help you and the commission structure is better than other agencies. They have a great "home page " that is very user friendly. I'm glad I found them and highly recommend them !
I have my good friend, Kathy W., to thank for referring me to OSA. It has been GREAT! The agency is a "package" of REAL PEOPLE, doing hands-on work on personal levels; not computer-generated voices having us push buttons to keep us busy until we give up trying to get answers. Steve, one of the owners, even gave me his cell phone number in case I had issues outside of normal business hours. Neither Steve nor Chad are strangers to making the personal phone calls to ensure they understand the situation and give the correct answer(s), guidance, and support. All the ladies in bookkeeping/accounting are very helpful and willing to work out any kinks we may experience. I am VERY happy with the company and proud to be affiliated with such fine people.
I love Outside Agents. I love the fact that I get paid 80% of my commissions with the travel vendors and DO NOT have to pay any monthly fees! They have wonderful training and a wonderful forum to talk to the other home-based agents, similar to a social networking/blogging platform. I searched and searched for a host agency with a good reputation who had the home-based agents best interest at heart and this is what I found with Outside Agents. They teach you how to succeed at the rate you are comfortable with, whether you are part-time or full-time.
If you had to choose one word to describe Outsideagents.com, I would choose the word "support". I cannot think of a time when I did not receive a quick response to a question or an issue. For a newcomer, that is HUGE! They provide you with a lot of training opportunities, information, and all the tools you need to be successful! I could NOT have chosen a better host agency to work with! Not only do I want to succeed for me, I want to succeed for them!
If someone was going to get into this business & looked for a hosting agency, I would recommend OA in a heartbeat!
Outside agents is the BEST host agency! They have top notch support! The training is awesome. I've been with a few other host agencies and they don't compare to Outside agents!
I am very new to this business! Started out in October with my wife and decided this is what we want to do in our retirement in the next five years. We researched hosting agencies and settled on Outside Agents. I am glad we did, the owners and staff are so very helpful at all times and responsive to agent needs and wants. I am glad, being new to the business that we chose OA. The other agents are great and very helpful as well. Wouldn't be any other place!
This is a fantastic host agency.They are always willing to help if you have a problem.I had 7 years with a brick and mortar agency before working from home.They have great traning programs,and there are no fees.can't go wrong.
I talked to several host agencies before deciding to go with Outside Agents. I could not be happier. The OA team has promptly answered any questions that I have had. The agent forum has also been a valuable resource.
Outside Agents has been very good for my business. The owners and everone there is reponsive and very helpful. I din't have sales for the first 6 months while I was learning the ropes and they never said a thing about it. Now I have regular sales and they have defintely been a part of my success. They let me run my business the way I want but they are always there to answer questions and provide support. They run a forum for agents where we can all post about anything. Experienced agents help the new ones and everyone can offer answers about their area of expertise. The owners also participate in the forum and offer advice. I've learned so much from all of them. Outside Agents is honest and their policies and commission structure is very fair. There are no unpleasant surprises with this host agency. I was offered a position with another host agency and I declined. I'm happy where I am with Outside Agents and you will be too.
We have been affiliated with two other host agencies in the past. This is by far the best host agency we have worked with. Very helpful, great forum for agents to interact. Great training available - for newbies or experienced agents. They do not nickel and dime - (or dollar) you to death as do some of the other hosts - very straightforward approach. If you need help - chances are you will receive it from one of the owners - can't ask for more than that. No run-arounds - just a great company.
