I'm five months into my journey with Outside Agents. I chose them because they were the best value as far as I could tell, and the woman who inspired me to pursue this career recommended them after doing her research after having started with another company that was an MLM that she doesn't want to be affiliated with. I'm taking her to lunch tomorrow in appreciation for the recommendation, I feel like OA was a good fit for me. So far they've been pretty hands off with me, but that's kind of what I wanted while I got the business parts completed ... setting up the business, figuring out how to organize things, getting the inital training done and getting familiar with everything, getting my website set up, the whole nine yards, dang no wonder I'm tired, lol. I kid. Not really but OA made it so much better than it could have been. They will not hold your hand, don't expect that, I didn't even want that and suspect you don't either. But as you have questions, they will answer the ones related to their business. If it's related to YOUR business, that's all you. You are assigned a mentor after your initial training and because I'm still pretty early, I'm trying to get a feel for how that works. It's pretty incredible what a great system they have set up, for so many agents from so many backgrounds with such different levels of knowlege and experience. And they make it work. Oh, you need to know, they have a great system for handling pretty much any question you have that you can't find yourself. MOST of it is already documented and it's pretty easy to find your way around after you get the hang of it. But when you can't find the answer or you need something, you just submit an SOS ticket. Their SOS team is on top of it, they're quick with a response! I'm coming from a corporate background and am super impressed with their SOS team in comparison to the responses I've seen in the corporate world. I'm super early in and will come back and update later on. My advice so far would be to bet on OA and go for it!
I was with another host agencies up until 2016 when I switched to Outside Agents, and none of them compared to OA. Everyone at OA is always available are ready to help in every way possible. The training is outstanding. I cannot say enough about the staff as they go above and beyond the call of duty. I do not think you can find a better host agency.
OA has been great to work with! I really enjoy all of the training resources they have available to us. The staff is very helping when you need it and are always willing to go the extra mile to make sure any issues are resolved. I look forward to many more years with OA and all they have to provide!!

I have had multiple agencies through out the years, but I have found a home with Outside Agents. They offer tons of training and resources. The CRM is wonderful and easy to maneuver. I have no complaints, If I have questions, there are multiple resources to get answers. I would definitely recommend them to other agents.
Anytime I have ever had a question, someone at the company has reached out to me in a timely fashion. The CRM is easy to use and I am glad I made the switch to this company!!
I think people that are disgruntled need to realize that there is no job that does not require proper training. So you can not think that you will make six figures your first year on the job. It is not Outside Agents responsibility to market you and grow your business. If you only plan to book 4 trips a year then you are never going to be proficient at your craft!!
I switched to OA in 2014 after a few years with a smaller host agency. What a difference it made! OA provides non stop support for their agents, whether is start up training, virtual webinars, in person training camps, and/or emails or phone calls. The people at the "top" , the owners, and the National Sales Manager will answer your call or return your call in an extremely swift and timely manner. They are encouraging, provide the latest and greatest up to date technology and never stop improving so that we can improve ourselves! I love OA!

Not having experience in the travel industry was very intimidating when I began. Not only did Outside Agents provide wonderful training opportunities, they are there for you when ever needed to answer questions, assist with issues and help point you in the right direction for success. Outstanding commission levels, booking tools, education programs, and support of all kinds. I was with another host for 3 years prior to joining -that was a mistake. Joining OA was the best business decision I've made.
This is my first year and they have been very helpful with the trainings and availabilty for help with things. I think the training alone has helped fill in so many gaps with trying to learn how to be a credible and professional travel agent. After a month I got my first client and I believe a big part of that was because of the training.
