During the Covid pandemic, Lee and the entire Oasis team stepped up and went above and beyond to mitigate losses, help advisors negotiate refunds, restructure their membership options to make them more affordable, and provided exceptional support to the members. I believe that many companies can do a relatively good job when times are good, but only outstanding companies can maintain their standards and exceed expectations during a crisis. After weathering the storm with Oasis, I can wholeheartedly say that they are unique in the industry.
No agency or consortium is perfect, and of course, there is always room for improvement, but I appreciate that the Oasis team takes time to listen to our concerns and feedback. I have been with OASIS since almost the beginning of OASIS and have never moved away from them- I love that they are Signature Travel, and the website is a huge plus- I work travel and another job and OASIS allows me the time to do both! I've always liked working with OTN but in the last few years I've really come to LOVE my association with OTN. There are the base things like great commission structure and amazing relationships with Preferred Suppliers but it's more than just that. It's the support & people that really make a difference! The educational opportunities and the collaboration with other OTN agents is incredible. I've been with Oasis for a couple years now. I have to say they are the best, great support and great training opportunities. I left my former host after corona pretty much shut my business down. I needed to reduce my costs to rebuild my business as my prior host was quite a bit higher priced. They have a program to fit any business model.
