During the Covid pandemic, Lee and the entire Oasis team stepped up and went above and beyond to mitigate losses, help advisors negotiate refunds, restructure their membership options to make them more affordable, and provided exceptional support to the members. I believe that many companies can do a relatively good job when times are good, but only outstanding companies can maintain their standards and exceed expectations during a crisis. After weathering the storm with Oasis, I can wholeheartedly say that they are unique in the industry.
No agency or consortium is perfect, and of course, there is always room for improvement, but I appreciate that the Oasis team takes time to listen to our concerns and feedback. I began with Oasis Travel Network in 2019 and had no Travel Agency background. Oasis was very helpful in teaching me the ropes and gave me wonderful tools to make me successful. The year after I began as a travel agent is when covid hit and basically all travel came to a halt. Oasis was very generous and waived our host fee for several months as they understood the struggle we were all faced with. Another thing Oasis did during covid was produce lots of training material and webinars so that we could use that time of not booking travel to learn and grow our business once travel opened back up. Also as an added bonus, Oasis purchased all agents ASTA memberships that year which benefited us in getting a free cruise from RCCL. Oasis truly has their focus on seeing the independent travel agent succeed in their business. They are here to help us in any way we need it and I would not be as successful today without them. Oasis is like family and I would not ever consider being with any other host agency, they are the best.

If you are looking for a great host company who will help train and inspire you then I highly recommend Oasis Travel Network. Oasis regularly has events that you can attend if desired to build relationships with suppliers and other advisors. In addition at these events the suppliers educates you on their brands. Oasis also hosts weekly education opportiunities via zoom. The product knowledge that I have gained has assisted me in matching my clients's needs with the best supplier for them. As a result my sales have increased by over 90% since I first came to the host company. Previously I had been with another host company for 1 year. I have been with Oasis for 5 years. In addition the accounting department helps to collect on unpaid commission when the supplier is slow in paying. I would not be the agent I am without Oasis Travel Network.
