CANCELLATION POLICIES:

• Any cancellation made 31 days or more before the event will be turned into a credit valid only for 12 months, applicable to the next event (subject to availability).
• The credit has no monetary dollar value and is only redeemable for a registration fee of less or equal cost prior to confirmation of the amounts paid and contracted services.
• Cancellations made less than 31 days to an event will result in the loss of fees paid to IADWP for such event(s). Exceptions may apply due to force majeure.

Please note that your payment will appear on your bank statement as "PayPal KTravel / IADWP".
