Essentials is a five-day Nexion Travel Group program designed to give the travel professional who is NEW to the industry the skills and knowledge necessary to research and book all aspects of travel for their clients (we recommend new-to-the-industry travel advisors attend four to six months after joining Nexion Travel Group). This program is the ticket to experiencing discussion and hands-on practice that will turn a client’s request into specific, informed actions. We will examine the journey of a booking all the way from the initial research stage to the actual booking process and, finally, how to work with the client after they return from their trip. It also provides guidance on how to manage the relationship with clients throughout the process.
