I love the availability and ease of VAX! I can build great itineraries in minutes to present to the client. I typically work in Travel Impressions, United Vacations and Universal Parks. Great customer service and very competitive pricing.
What are some areas of VAX VacationAccess's product that could be improved?
The chat feature could use some work, but I almost never have a need for it.

I also love that there are a number of options to select from all in one place. Don't see the hotel you want in TI, look at Funjet or Apple!
