What do you like most about Typedesk?
Probably the most useful software for my business. Use in email all the time. Saves me hours! Canned text with the ability for selecting specific ones so you can have multiple items for adding text wherever you want. Can't recommende this enough. It's changed my life and business.

Typedesk allows us to have a uniform voice to our clients no matter who on our team they are working with. It allows us to give full details on detailed topics like insurance, that covers us as owners from a liability perspective, creating a detailed communication proof should we require it.
Saves us so much time! Makes us sound professional - and thorough with our communications!

Typedesk has been a helpful tool for staying organized and keeping our most-used responses accessible. As someone managing client communication across multiple destinations and a team of 10, having a centralized place for templates saves real time.Clean interface, easy to use. Glad it's in our toolkit.
What are some areas of Typedesk's product that could be improved?
The auto-fill feature is handy once you get used to triggering it intentionally. My wishlist: a way to pull it up directly inside email without a separate login, and a more intuitive trigger than the forward slash. Good bones, and I'd love to see those refinements. Worth having in your workflow if you send a lot of repeat communications.

I can't speak for my full team's adoption, but the resource is there and available when they need it.
