What do you like most about Solstice Collective?
I highly recommend Solstice Collective and Website in a Day! I had been wanting a new website for a while, but wasn't sure who to hire. Tique referred me to SC and I am SO glad they did. Jane made it so easy. I provided her with my copy, logos and images and gave her a rough idea of what I had in mind. When I opened the first draft, I was SO thrilled at the layout and colors. Everything looked so beautiful! I had very minor adjustments to make and she was SO fast. I would send her a revision request and 2 minutes later she would already have it done! She was very patient with all my questions (I am not tech savvy at ALL)... At the end of the day, she sent a very detailed video explaining how to edit and make changes when needed. Even not being good at this type of thing, I actually feel equipped to make changes on my site thanks to Jane. Really proud of my new site and only wish I had done it sooner!
What are some areas of Solstice Collective's product that could be improved?
I honestly can't think of anything to improve. She was prompt, fast, professional. Great experience!

They are so responsive and easy to work with! They designed my website and went out of their way to help me with a few "extras" like an email signature and website edits. Even while they were on vacation!

I wanted to help with Tern forms on my website, but that capability is not available yet. Not their fault!

OMG, I cannot even begin to share what a blessing Kare and Jane have been for my new websites (yes 3) designed from ground zero. They we amazing at asking all the questions, and brining to life the visions we had for our brands!
They were kind, patient, caring and provided guidance and suggestions along the way to pull together our ideas. I am telling you all... I can not imagine doing this without them. They actually care about your vision and the quality of the products they create for you.
They even still help me with updates and questions as I decide on revisions. They are amazing!

Nothing, they were helpful, prompt, informative and overall kept us in the loop through out the process.
What problems does Solstice Collective solve for you?
Listening to our needs and vision for our brand, and helping us bring that vision to life for our websites! They truly listened and created the perfect websites for us. I am tech challenged and they guided me through the process making sure I understood what I was doing before leaving me to my own vices, lol.
What do you like most about Solstice Collective?
We loved working with the entire team at Solstice! I felt that they were very understanding about my vision, extremely willing to make changes when I was unsure about results, and very flexible. Whether that was due to timing, weird requests, or just life, I was in the best hands for this project. I love my new site and am so glad that we went for it with them! I was very picky and specific on what I didn't like...and needed help finding something for my website that actually felt right and working with these guys helped me accomplish something that felt impossible at the time. I tried doing it on my own and it was just so stressful and time-consuming! Being able to receive options and ideas on how to edit those choices made life easier for me.
What are some areas of Solstice Collective's product that could be improved?
Solstice Collective did a phenomenal job between balancing their own personal life things going on and being professional with their process all while just being human and we appreciated that. Literally the only thing I could think of for this section is the price point. I do want to clarify that I think their work is worth what we spent. We have upped our game in the best way and won't be changing it anytime soon thanks to Solstice.
What problems does Solstice Collective solve for you?
Solstice Collective solved many problems for me. I had a really difficult time committing to things and their process of narrowing things down really solidified my decisions and helped make them feel right.
