What do you like most about Sion?
It is so easy to track commissions and send invoices. When I have to chase a commission it is a breeze. I love that my client's email is automatically synced with my Virtuoso and host accounts, so when I enter a client into Sion, they are automatically on my email list.

I wish the verified suppliers was synced better to avoid duplication.

Commission tracking and client emails. So easy for a solo advisor if it is all integrated as mine is.
What do you like most about Sion?
I LOVE that my host agency switched to Sion! It takes seconds to enter a new client or booking, whereas our prior software could take minutes. Commission tracking is so easy, I've definitely stayed on top of my "past due" commissions much better than before with the ability to send a commission follow-up email to the supplier directly from within the Sion. All in all, there is more functionality and it is very simple to use.
What are some areas of Sion's product that could be improved?
Perhaps a more prominent way of seeing differences in "estimated commission" vs. commission payment.

Makes commission follow-up easier, reduces time spent entering client or booking data, easy to search unreconciled commissions.

SION has been a pleasant surprise. I was skeptical at first, as change can be intimidating, and I was so comfortable with our other platform. But SION has proven to be quite user friendly.

The learning curve got me at first, but that is about all.

I love being able to see exactly what is going on with my business at all times. The reporting, the statements, the ease of adding a booking are all notable. I would not want to go back.

Very easy to navigate, user friendly, commission chasing.

Takes a couple days to get the hang of it, but that is to be expected. Any questions or hang ups are easily answered through the chat system.

Keeps everything in one place and easy to see. I know how much I am selling, and how much commission to expect. I love that you can input sales in other currencies without having to sort through exchange rates.
What do you like most about Sion?
It saves me hours each week, maybe even each day, in commission tracking, accounting, client profiling, and commission chasing. It has been the best thing to happen to the travel industry since I started advising over five years ago. It's a game-changer for any small business.
What are some areas of Sion's product that could be improved?
Ease in finding answers to "How much Italy do I book each year?" I wish it was easier to track these types of categories... they are constantly making updates though and I suspect these search features will be easier in the future.

Huge fan. I was skeptical at first, because I was so comfortable with Grasp. But once I dug in, I saw how much more powerful it was. The interface is intuitive and the reporting is great. Agent support is spot on.

Little bit of a learning curve -- like all new platforms. But nothing that's insurmountable.

What do you like most about Sion?
I'm a huge fan. Finally we have visibility to our numbers and we can plan and make better business decisions. We now understand when our commissions are overdue and can follow up on them easily!
What are some areas of Sion's product that could be improved?
I find the filtering system challenging - it works, but it is really easy to forget how you should be filtering something. I also wish we could set default payment dates by product type - it automatically defaults to payment 60 days after travel, but insurance pays before travel, and it's easy to forget that.
What problems does Sion solve for you?
We aren't constantly trying to update tracking spreadsheets, which tend to break. We are spending far less time worrying about commissions and we are getting our payments faster.

What do you like most about Sion?
Booking centric ease of use and simple for users to understand. Everything can be looked up in the same window and all booking information is searchable. The tag function is brilliant.
What are some areas of Sion's product that could be improved?
There could be a wish list thousands of items long - and it all depends on what type of user is responding. As a commission management tool - this product is already exceptional. From the agency admin level, I'm looking forward to global editing capabilities on user profiles.

Efficiency for effectiveness - overall this has created a more confidence boosting environment between ICs and the agency. 100% transparency and everything is real-time relieves common tensions in this area. Overall time saver on every level of the sale, especially post travel and collections and agency level projections. Sion has saved time and effort for us beyond my expectations.

Sion's provided us a clear overview of our business. From revenue, to projections, to identifying our top clients & hotel partners. Sion truly changed the way we operate. By having this data available to us, we're able to properly plan for the future in terms of contract negotiations with suppliers, see which clients are truly worth our attention, and most importantly, have a clear understanding of Owed & Outstanding payments so that we can run our business in the most efficient matter.
