I really enjoy working with the Rokit team. They are always willing to offer support and provide valuable resources for mutual success. I also love that everything is designed with the purpose of streamlining processes, and you can clearly see that reflected in how user-friendly the platform is.
What are some areas of Rokit's product that could be improved?
Using Rokit is very intuitive! My only recommendation would be to standardize the nomenclature across all service types. After spending some time on the platform you get used to it quite quickly, but this could make the experience even faster. Additionally, I think there is room to improve the visual design of the web itinerary shared with clients.

Everything is centralized in one platform: quoting, building web itineraries, processing payments, and managing bookings have become the easiest parts of running a travel agency. The DMCs and trusted partners are top-notch, and clients can immediately sense the high quality standards and integrity that define the company. Having a 24/7 emergency line on the ground makes everything even smoother!

Rokit is growing quickly, though it hasn’t expanded to cover the entire world yet. What excites me most is the potential — I look forward to the day when I can seamlessly build an itinerary for virtually anywhere, all within the same platform.
