Project Expedition makes finding vetted tours and excursions simple so I can rest knowing that my clients will be well cared for.
What are some areas of Project Expedition's product that could be improved?
Over the years, Project Expedition has focused on improving its customer support to address last-minute changes; however, there are still cases when its structure is too rigid to be used in an era when flight delays are just as common as on-time arrivals. Until PE has a better solution, my agency has moved to booking transfers directly with the transfer companies to provide additional flexibility.

Project Expedition has created a platform of vetted excursions and activities that allow us to fill our clients' itineraries without worrying about whether the end supplier is legit.
As an agency owner, I appreciate the simplicity of commission payments and PE's quick response to most inquiries.
