What do you like most about PracticallyMagic?
Practically Magic saves my team enormous amounts of time when creating detailed Disney itineraries. The drag and drop feature makes it super fast to customize, and the ability to create sample itineraries for my team that they can access and drop into client plans is incredible. We previously had a much more complicated and time consuming process for writing itineraries, so Practically Magic has saved us a huge amount of time over the past few years.
I also love that the plans can be sent to the client as a link and as a PDF, allowing clients to have access to their plans in the way that best suits them.
What are some areas of PracticallyMagic's product that could be improved?
It now does most everything that I can hope for, after some updates over the past couple of years. One of the only things I can think of to improve would be to be able to preview a saved day before inserting it into plans (which we currently solve by making sure the saved title is descriptive).

What problems does Practically Magic solve for you?
Prior to using Practically Magic, I was utilizing a clunky template that was difficult for me to format and my guests' to follow.
What do you like most about Practically Magic?
This is the application of my dreams. I've been writing step-by-step theme park itineraries for my clients since 2015, and prior to Practically Magic's existence I had no easy or ideal format for building and sharing them. I love being able to pull in attractions, dining locations, entertainment, etc. and reorder them as I wish! I can create and save my own activities if needed, and I can assign time stamps to steps in the plan. I can build a Library of my go-to itineraries, which makes it so easy to replicate plans from one client to the next (much easier than copy/paste). I love that I can send a live link to clients so any edits on my end are automatic for them. I also love that the plans render in our brand colors!
What are some areas of Practically Magic's product that could be improved?
I'd love to be able to preview my saved Library content instead of having to pull it into an empty day in a trip to check it - basically, some way to quickly reference what my existing saved default plans look like if I can't remember. I'd also love to be able to delete a whole day of content if I wish to start over, rather than having to delete each individual item. But the time savings overall with this product has been incredible!
What problems does Practically Magic solve for you?
Practically Magic's drag-and-drop feature for building park plans has saved me hours upon hours of time creating perfect itineraries. I tried to come up with my own shortcuts for years in existing applications like Word and could never figure out any reliable way to do it on my own. I love the option to send a PDF and/or a mobile link for clients to view their finished plans, and they look great!

Creating easy itineraries for my clients before they head to the parks
What do you like most about Practically Magic?
Practically Magic has completely transformed the way I create park-to-park Disney itineraries. The drag-and-drop feature makes customizing plans incredibly fast and efficient. One of my favorite aspects is the ability to develop an initial sample itinerary. I can communicate with my client to confirm their outlined wants and allow us to Elevate their Wishes! This feature also allows our team to insert into client plans, saving us countless hours quickly. Before Practically Magic, our process for creating complex itineraries was far more time-consuming, so the time savings we’ve experienced have been significant.
I am also content that itineraries can be shared as a PDF or in a link, giving clients flexibility to access their plans. This streamlined approach has enhanced the client experience and made our internal workflow smoother.
What are some areas of Practically Magic's product that could be improved?
With recent updates, Practically Magic meets our Theme Park planning needs.
The only improvement I can think of is a feature to segment the park destinations into folders and the restaurants and attractions within those folders. This would allow the user to go to a specific destination rather than having to search.

What do you like most about Practically Magic?
I've been using Practically Magic since it first came onto the market. My agency specializes in creating tailor-made itineraries for theme park vacations. This software has saved us hours of time with the ability to save template "days" to our agency library, save notes that we used to type over and over, as well as drag and drop attractions easily around pre-made reservations. Our clients give great feedback that the itineraries look stunning and well organized. I even have guests that pop their itineraries out to show strangers on their trips! The creator truly knows and understands agencies that focus on theme park travel. She constantly innovates and improves the software to include what the travel advisor community needs. I'm proud to say our entire time is using the software and loving it!
