PlanitEasy has thought of everything! The interface is so comprehensive. It's such a great website for planning and organizing travel. Clients LOVE the easy to understand itinerary, with all of their information right there, in a beautiful and easily digestible format.

What are some areas of PlanitEasy's product that could be improved?
I have experienced some lag in the past, but not recently.

What problems does PlanitEasy solve for you?
Organizes all of my travel plans for clients, including totaling cost and figuring out commissions.

What do you like most about PlanitEasy?
I love how straightforward the system is to use. When I am trying to add client information in, it is super easy to use that info across multiple forms.

What are some areas of PlanitEasy's product that could be improved?
I think it could be a little easier to add flights with multiple layovers. It seems easy to add round trip flights that are direct but takes a bit more effort to add in layovers.

What problems does PlanitEasy solve for you?
Client info is all in one place to save so much time. I can also save info in internal notes to allow for me to review notes before booking something.

What do you like most about PlanitEasy?
Very easy to use and convenient for both the travel agent and client. I love that it automatically adds photos of hotels and destinations.

Streamline the hotel room type and price fields. Make total room price the default.

It provided everything my clients need in one place, easily accessible on their phone.

I really appreciate how user-friendly PlanitEasy is. It makes organizing client trips, managing itineraries, and keeping everything in one place much easier. Once you get the hang of it, the interface is intuitive and helps save time during the booking and planning process.

What are some areas of PlanitEasy's product that could be improved?
On certain occasions, I’ve noticed some inconsistencies with where submitted client documents appear. For example, some documents don’t show up under “Received Forms” but can be found under Dashboard → Forms.

PlanitEasy reduces the need to use multiple systems by keeping key trip details, client information, and documentation in one place. This helps keep my workflow organized and makes it easier to stay on top of client needs.

What do you like most about PlanitEasy?
Building itineraries with PlanitEasy has been a very smooth process and the finished products are impressive without too much effort. If there is something you cannot figure out on your own, there is probably a detailed video explaining it, and if not, the customer service is very helpful and responsive.

They keep making changes for the better, so I don't have any suggestions for improvement at this moment.

What I like most about PlanitEasy is how seamlessly it allows me to create and manage detailed, client-friendly itineraries. The ability to update everything in real time- without needing to resend links- keeps the experience smooth for both me and my clients.

One area for improvement would be navigation while editing. With the level of access and tools available, moving between sections could be a bit quicker and more streamlined- especially when making multiple updates at once. Simplifying that workflow would make an already great platform even more efficient.

PlanitEasy solves the challenge of keeping all travel details organized and easily accessible- for both me and my clients. Instead of juggling multiple documents, emails, and links, everything lives in one centralized, easy-to-navigate itinerary. It also streamlines communication and updates, saving time and reducing the risk of errors.

I love that I can keep everything in one place, and the live link updates in real time as I make changes. It makes the whole process feel a lot more seamless for my clients

It's not super intuitive at first, but there is so much within the app, that makes sense. They do have videos for this though

PlanItEasy has been a great tool for my workflow, but there are a few areas that could be improved. The formatting can sometimes be a bit tricky when pasting content, and having more flexibility with layout and design would make it even better. It would also be helpful to have smoother editing and preview features so everything feels a bit more seamless when building itineraries.

PlanItEasy solves a lot of the behind-the-scenes chaos for me. It keeps all trip details in one place instead of scattered across notes, emails, and WhatsApp. I can quickly turn ideas into a clear, professional itinerary that’s easy for clients to follow, which saves me a ton of time. It also makes it much easier to present trips in a polished way without having to design everything from scratch each time.

Entries that need adjustment can sometimes require complete reentry.

The resulting trip plan for the travel agent that have prices and commissions and controls allow for the client version to remove prices or anything I desire.
