What do you like most about PlanitEasy?
What I love most about the PlanitEasy platform is how seamlessly I can create and organize my client's itineraries. Transitioning from using Word documents to this platform has been a game-changer, and my clients consistently comment on how professional and visually appealing the itineraries look. I also find the platform easy to navigate, and the integrated accounting system is straightforward and user-friendly.

What are some areas of PlanitEasy's product that could be improved?
One area for improvement would be the forms functionality. It would be great to have the ability to create custom forms with our own questions and also integrate payment collection directly through those forms.

What problems does PlanitEasy solve for you?
They are very responsive when I need assistance and even offer one-on-one sessions to help resolve any issues, which I appreciate, rather than just relying on email support.

What do you like most about PlanitEasy?
I create custom itineraries primarily for corporate clients. I like that the software allows me to make professional proposals with a seamless booking flow so that much of the process from initial Proposal to collection of Final Payment is basically hands off! The Proposals are also easy for my clients to share internally for review and approval since they are in a link format to view online, meaning all my beautiful images are shown and not subject to email capacity limits! (PDF format is also available.) The ability to store individual components of an itinerary in a Library is also critical, along with the ability to customize that component once it is added to a new itinerary. It is an extremely comprehensive and robust software, which means there is a learning curve involved. The short, on-demand tutorial videos are great, and the ability to schedule a 1-on-1 help session is amazing! I love that the PlanIt Easy team cares deeply about their product, and they really want to provide users with the best product on the market. It shows! The pricing is also very competitive, and as a small business that feels nickle-and-dimed to death with subscription fee overhead, that is very much appreciated. I definitely recommend PlanIt Easy!

What are some areas of PlanitEasy's product that could be improved?
The product is specifically designed for multi-day itineraries. I use it for single events primarily, and I wish I could opt-out of showing certain fields on the Itinerary Proposal that do not apply to a single afternoon experience, for example.

Professional Proposals that includes automated Invoicing and Payment Collection that are easily sharable via a link.

What do you like most about PlanitEasy?
We have been using PlanItEasy for around 2-3 years, and it has been very helpful in automating some tasks that are crucial for us. We rely on their task reminders to keep track of the thousands of tasks we need to handle, which would be impossible to remember otherwise.

We also store our clients’ profiles and trips in the system, allowing us to see the full picture. Additionally, we love that PlanItEasy can remind our clients about important things, such as passport expirations.

We highly recommend PlanItEasy. They offer many great tools for every travel agency. So far, PlanItEasy is the only solution that has fully met our unique needs. They are doing a great job!

We did encounter some bugs, but their support team is fast and responsive, usually resolving issues very quickly!

It's definitely, like all software, a work in progress. They could continue to make the interface more user friendly. But the great part is they're constantly adding updates, asking and looking for ways to improve the system.

What do you like most about PlanitEasy?
We had used a few itinerary builders and different softwares over the past years. When the last software just wasn’t working for us, we knew we wanted something that offered it all especially since we were growing in size. We had done over 30 demos with other companies, but they all lacked something. We had almost given up and wanted to go with a simple itinerary builder, when by chance I came across Planiteasy. We thought it would be the same situation as the last demos we sat through, but Planiteasy was special! It really is nearly PERFECT. It offers everything that a growing travel agency needs. It is a time saver on so many fronts. We love it and look forward to using it for years to come.

PlanitEasy constantly makes improvements. They go to great lengths to stay current with their software.

It brings all our travel platforms together, gives us easy access to all agents, track commission for our agents, and keep our clients information organized and safe.

What do you like most about PlanitEasy?
I have been dealing with Chris for years and since I first signed up with them I felt like their attention to our work and need has been always their highest priority. I love their system and I love the fact that it is always a work in progress to make it better and better. My clients love the way the itineraries are sent and this make the relationship with PlanitEasy a pillar of my business.

Sure, like everywhere there is always room for improvement, I would love to have my accounting integrated with PlanitEasy, I know that sooner or later will happen

We mage all our offering and back office with them, so it is fundamental for our activity

I've tried several back-office systems over the years, but PlanitEasy stands out as the one that has all the tools I need to make my record-keeping complete. It's constantly improving, and the best part is that they actually listen to the suggestions I recommend. The staff is always friendly and responsive, usually available right away when I need help. One of the biggest game-changers for me has been the ability to import confirmations directly into trip records – it saves me so much time and helps automate my workflow. While the learning curve takes a bit of time, once you get the hang of it, you'll find it’s a joy to use and keeps my day-to-day operations organized and efficient. PlanitEasy has truly made my life as a travel agent easier!

Hard to say. They keep improving with elements I didn't even know that I needed.
