We are very satisfied with mTrip because it gives our customers one app where they can access all their travel plans and receive real-time updates and important information during their trip. Our online booking tool is excellent for making reservations, but mTrip adds value by keeping travelers informed and supported after the booking has been made.

A potential improvement would be the handling of bookings made on behalf of travelers. When both the booker's and the traveler's email addresses are included in a reservation, it can sometimes be challenging to ensure that the correct person receives access to the trip and related notifications.

The most common issue we encounter is when a trip is not visible in the traveler's app because it has been linked to another user account. In these situations, the support team responds quickly and helps us identify the cause and find the best solution, ensuring that travelers can access their itineraries without unnecessary delays.
