I love how Kindra AI centralizes everything in one intuitive platform making managing my business more efficient and way more organized. It gives me clear real-time visibility into sales, client data, and especially tracking agent commissions. My agents can now access their portal from their phones, check their customers info, reservations, etc., check their commissions directly instead of constantly asking me — it’s a huge time-saver and makes everything more professional.
What are some areas of Kindra AI℠'s product that could be improved?
To my point of view the platform already works extremely well; it’s hard to tell what areas to improve because there is always room for improvement in everything. One thing I will say is that the response to whatever problems or tweaks is great, everything we’ve asked for they were able to solve it a couple of minutes later or so, depending on the dimension of the request. I wouldn’t change anything, the support that is already giving me and my agents is great!!

It completely eliminates the chaos of managing multiple spreadsheets for clients, bookings, and commissions. It provides far better organization, real-time visibility across the business, and automated commission tracking/payouts. Admin work that used to take hours is now handled automatically.

Honestly, how much time it saves me, my agents used to message me all the time asking about commissions, and now they can just check the app themselves and see what’s paid or pending. It’s made a big difference. Everything is in one place. clients, bookings, payments and it just makes things way easier to manage.

It would be great if there was a way to send clients a quick summary directly from the app. It’s a small thing but would save an extra step.

Mainly organization and time. Managing multiple agents can get messy, and this keeps everything in one place. We are always on the go, so being able to pull up client info from their phone and handle things right away has helped a lot.
