I like the reconfirmation of reservation process - it gives me peace of mind that my booking is confirmed and my related requests are seen. I also like the net rates offered by GRN and the flexibility to adjust commissions.

Room descriptions could be more consistent and provide a bit more information such as the bed size.

GRN Connect is easy to use & offers excellent Net rates on hotels. You can also book other components like Transfers.

Providing an invoice for clients after booking that shows the retail rate they paid.

Competing against online hotel booking sites that consumers use. GRN can meet or beat most of the OTA pricing

I have been using GRNConnect since 2014, and their customer service is superlative.

User experience can be improved, which I think they are already working on.
