Since integrating Cruisen.app into our workflow, we’ve experienced a dramatic transformation in how we gather client information, streamline communications, and move seamlessly from inquiry to booking.
What are some areas of Cruisen's product that could be improved?
Ability to attach and easily have clients click to accept T&C, Travel Insurance Waiver/Accept and our Basic Planning Fee if we have one. Also, having more cruise lines would be nice... but I think that's already in the works. Lofty goals, maybe a Sales Funnel for the agent with their Cruisen.App link embedded in a search now capacity. :)

And the results? In just one week—Monday, January 27, to Thursday, January 30—we secured seven cruise bookings, our highest for a single week in a long time. More importantly, we achieved this with only 50-70 minutes spent in the information-gathering stage per client. That’s efficiency at its best.

The platform’s free version is fantastic for any agent, and the paid Enterprise option goes even further, allowing direct booking capabilities, which is ideal for larger agencies that want a more streamlined, all-in-one solution. And with AI integration to answer client questions in real-time, Cruisen has made it effortless for advisors to help clients explore options and make decisions without the hassle of constant follow-up.
