What do you like most about Centrav?
Centrav has a very solid, intuitive booking platform. Easy to use and book flights and can add mark-up on bookings with inadequate commission

What are some areas of Centrav's product that could be improved?
Customer service is sorely lacking in comparison to other consolidators. I continue to use them but it's always a struggle to deal with any sort of change ... no one I've encountered at Centrav seems motivated to go the least bit beyond to assist with an issue. Marked contrast to another consolidator I use ... their booking site is challenging but they provide amazing customer service.

What problems does Centrav solve for you?
Easy way to book air, sometimes saving clients money and generate a modest commission.

What are some areas of Centrav's product that could be improved?
Nothing that I can think of - Other than, more commission or a way to include an Agency Fee in the ticket price??

Centrav gave my clients a better price and gave me a commission - I was able to add a fee as well so it was a good option all around.
