I originally joined Western Skies Travel (WST) in July, 2024. I was told I would be provided training. At least 50% of the trainings and meetings scheduled with the owner Dale Page were cancelled. Mr Page was unprofessional and continuously talked down to me and lacked respect in how he handled a new agent and their training. After leaving the agency, I received a message from another agent at WST who was considering leaving (and eventually did) because she was also disrespected. It was like walking on eggshells. You never knew whether he would be nice and friendly or angry and antagonistic. I am with a wonderful agency now with excellent training and commission levels. I waited to write this until my final commission was paid to me. I would advise anyone considering this agency to check Mr. Page's questionable background (google him).

Dale & company are great to work with, flexible, easy to talk to, and have broad basis of travel knowledge from both the Agent/Agency side, and from being a vendor as well. Happy to help with anything at any time. I agree with everyone else, very much a family feel- you aren't just a person producing a number!

Although I am passionate about traveling. Travel Agent is a second career for me. I consider myself very fortunate to be working with Dale , Rick and the team at Western Skies Travel. They have welcomed me with open arms, always there to help guide or counsel me. I am not alone and that feels wonderful.

This is a great agency to work for and has the feeling of family. Everyone is very helpful and is willing to help out if you have any questions. We have had nothing but great things to say about Dale and Rick. They are available at all almost hours of the day and have no trouble with any questions.
