VIP Vacations Inc. is a host agency that specializes in destination weddings and honeymoons.  The cost to be an independent contractor under the VIP Vacations umbrella varies based on sales but typically starts out at a 70% commission split to the agent. For new travel agents, VIP Vacations Inc. offers mentoring by one of their trained agents in exchange for a 50/50 commission split.

E&O insurance is not included but can be purchased at a discounted group rate through VIP Vacations.
