As a new agent starting out in the business, I don't think I would have been able to get where I am today without Travel Resources Group. The weekly meetings have allowed me to learn from other experienced agents and allowed me to have one-on-one meetings to discuss how I can better my workflow. Although I have over 15 years of experience, I am new to the Host Agency side of the Travel biz. In mid-2021, I began delving into the Host Agency aspect of the Travel biz. I did a lot of research, interviewed numerous companies, and was still on the fence about how I might benefit from joining a Host Agency.
I fell in with Ilja quite by accident by signing up for a LinkedIn coffee chat. Something clicked and we began discussing my coming aboard with TRG.
I signed on with them last May and have been impressed by how well they take care of their Advisors. They care about their Travel Advisors and sincerely want to help you grow your business. Their commission scale is awesome. They have a great Tool box for all of your client needs. Their CRM program, TESS, is easy to use. I do appreciate the training sessions that show me how to work the nuances, as well
I have enjoyed selecting suppliers from their very comprehensive list. The ability to build a supplier list as I grow my business was one of the main draws for me.
Ilja Chapman brings her heart to the travel industry, her team and her Travel Advisors. I have benefited from weekly mentoring sessions with Ilja. It helps keep me focused and motivated.
There is also the ability to get to know the other advisors with our monthly connections. All of the Advisors, with whom I have had the pleasure of interacting, are very willing to share their fields of expertise. I am glad to be able to reciprocate when I can.
