Do you allow for our own individual company names and branding/logo/etc

Hi Amanda,
Yes, you will be your own business entity with your own company name and brand. Once a member, you will be an independent contractor with Travel Quest Network.

If one were to leave the company, do they get their commissions from sales prior to leaving?

If you choose to leave, you will still receive your commission owed from your booking sales.

Travel Quest Network does not have a sales quota, but we do expect our members to make bookings throughout the year.

Are there any other costs besides the $200 start-up that I would want to know about?

Hi Amanda,
The price you see on the website is what you pay. We have a one time activation fee of $99, and there are a couple of optional add-ons, for a website and a graphic designer.
