Are agents able to book groups directly through an airline and have access to ticket the group themselves without charging the client a ticketing fee?
Asked by Dusty Mondragon on February 21, 2019 in General

Good Morning Dusty! Our agents are able offer group air travel. Our ticketing team at Travel Quest Network will issue the tickets. Our policy on ticket fees right now is, If the carrier charges a fee to ticket direct with them, we will also charge a fee, but the fee will be less than that of the carrier. If the carrier does not charge a direct ticketing fee, we will not charge a fee. Hope that helps. Have a great day, Bonnie

Do you do trainings at locations other than your office/hometown (like FL)? Or are these at least recorded so those who can't attend can benefit?
Asked by Nancy Greco on November 30, 2018 in Training

Hi, Nancy! TQ does lots of great trainings from their office on quite a regular basis. They tape them and upload them for all of us to access. They also put them on FB and link them to the portal as well. :) We also have a great meeting for all of the TQ agents with lots of training at TQ World - usually in September.

What CRM does TQ use track bookings?
Asked by Nancy Greco on November 30, 2018 in General

Hi Nancy,
Thank you for writing in. Agents currently have access to Agent Mate which is a complimentary CRM. With that said you are welcome to use whichever CRM you choose.
