As a new agent, I was drowning in a sea of Host Agency and Consortium options! It was overwhelming. Yet, with determination and patience (not so much), and a lot of help from Host Agency Reviews (thank you, Steph, Bridget, Mary, and anyone else), I eventually narrowed it down to Travel Quest and Travel Leaders. (You should see my Google spreadsheet! Every little detail about a slew of Host Agencies! Ugh! Many of which were great second options, but only one was the best.) The combined offerings of Travel Quest and Travel Leaders were everything I wanted and more, and with each passing week, I learn about more and more powerful tools at my disposal. They both just keep on impressing! I had none of that at my previous Host Agency. What a sea change! I could list their offerings (AgentMate, Engagement, Agent Profiler, CruisePRO, an overabundance of learning materials, tons of opportunities to get involved with your fellow agents, supplier partner familiarization (FAM) offerings, etc. - all of which I use and love!), but you can read about all of that on their website. What you really need to know is that I finally feel like I have the foundation necessary to build my travel business. Do American Express, Virtuoso, Ensemble, etc. offer you tools for success? Yes. Might other Host Agencies help build your foundation? Yes. Yet, when I was doing my research as a newbie, only Travel Quest and Travel Leaders gave me everything I was looking for. So, I would wholeheartedly endorse Travel Quest as your host agency and Travel Leaders as your consortium. (Feel free to contact me with questions. I will do my best to get back to you in a timely manner.)

Travel Leaders used to be a great consortia. We were members for nearly five years after leaving another. However, they refused to assist with a preferred supplier that never paid commission back in 2023. Then they put their cruise search engine behind a paywall on top of the annual fees we were already paying. The final straw was allowing MLMs to join the network so we decided not to renew in 2024. However, we still had a few bookings on the record with them that didn't travel until September of that year. I have been trying since then (7 months now) to get them to pay nearly $500 in commission for those bookings made through their hotel program. At first they simply refused, now they are not returning my messages. They say it's because I am no longer a member but when I left the previous consortia to join TLN, I was paid commissions on all my outstanding bookings. That tells you a lot about their ethics and how they (don't) value their members. You should consider looking for a more reputable and honest consortia to do business with if you don't like being stolen from.

I originally joined Nexion and during the course of the six-years, TLN and Nexion joined; I find that the service is similar to Nexion's but with a tad bit more information and trainings. The support I receive is really great and between the two (Nexion/TLN), I find that I have an enormous amount of support.

For over 24 years, Dugan’s Travels has been a proud member of Travel Leaders Network (Previously known as Vacation.com) —a partnership that has played a pivotal role in our agency’s growth and success. Being part of TLN has not only provided us with access to valuable tools, resources, and marketing support but has also allowed us to foster strong relationships with key suppliers, ensuring our independent advisors have the best opportunities to thrive.

What sets TLN apart is the collaborative spirit and commitment to excellence in the travel industry. From exclusive supplier programs to top-tier educational resources, TLN has empowered us to elevate our services and better support our advisors in building successful and sustainable travel businesses.

Reflecting on our journey since joining in 2000, I couldn’t be prouder to be part of a network that continually evolves, innovates, and strengthens the travel advisor community. As we look to the future, I’m excited about what’s ahead with Travel Leaders Network and how we can continue to grow together!

As a travel agent, I've found Travel Leaders Network to be an invaluable resource. Their comprehensive training programs, particularly the cruise line certifications, have significantly expanded my knowledge and helped me secure more bookings. The network has also provided me with access to valuable resources, such as marketing tools and client management systems, which have been instrumental in building and growing my business.

Furthermore, I was able to secure a significant contract with a luxury resort through a lead provided by the Travel Leaders Network, demonstrating the value of their extensive industry connections. The support system within the network is also a major plus. I've benefited greatly from the mentorship opportunities and the ability to connect with other successful travel professionals.

I highly recommend Travel Leaders Network to any aspiring or experienced travel agent looking to enhance their career and achieve success in this dynamic industry.

Travel leaders network has some of the most extensive training and some of the best and most comprehensive tools for running your travel business. It's well worth your time to invest in the training they offer just to use their massive arsenal of tools of the trade. Their supplier relationships and marketing materials are exceptional! Highly recommend them.

I'm a new agent whose HA is a part of TLN. They have exceeded my expectations. They offer a large number of select cruises that allow me to offer extra perks to my clients at no cost to me or them. Their Agent Profiler--and system for maximizing your profile of web searches is great.

They have a free Member Engagement program that allows you to reach out to your clients at no cost to you.

Travel Leaders are so helpful to keep all of us growing and learning. I love their AgentMate and engagement piece to keep organized with our clients and marketing to them. Their training courses are great to learn more and more on a daily basis.
