I'm brand-new to the travel agency world, but Rachelle has been great at teaching me how to use the tools, trainings, and walking me through step-by-step when I try to bite off more than I can chew. She meets with me as often as I ask, but is not pushy about getting clients, just encouraging and excited for me. She is always available to help me, and always makes me feel like I am valuable.
