I 100% recommend Second Star Wishes to anyone looking for a small agency where there is a healthy community driven culture. This is my personal second agency home and I couldn’t be happier with all the resources provided. From in depth onboarding and training, supplier resources, shared team resources like travel guide examples, photo albums, supplier groups, mastermind sessions for continued education… literally the list goes on and on. There are also very clearly defined terms like what happens if you ever decided it wasn’t the right fit or to step away. There is no guessing as that framework is laid out in the contract. There is also a sliding scale for commissions based off of the amount you bring into the agency, that gets renewed more often than only one time a year based on sales. The level of support and mentorship you receive as you grow in the profession and gain clients is in my opinion, 100% aligned with the support you receive in return. You know exactly what is expected of you when you choose to join the team and get to decide if that aligns with how you want to run your business. I can’t recommend here enough. If honesty, transparency, collaboration, and a healthy team culture are important to you, this is the place for you.
