NEST Plus

Nest Plus has been the best move for our agency moving forward. We were independent forever, then covid hit, we lost some agents and the workload exploded. Kathryn Mazza swooped in like our savior and I never looked back. The support, technology, contacts and mostly, the family like atmosphere are what drew me in and keep me here. So I had a totally independent agency and I was looking for a new consortium and wanted to be part of NEST. I wasn't sure my sales were high enough (later I discovered they were more than) so when Rosemary told me there was host agency within NEST called NEST PLUS. It didn't take me the weekend to realize, I was tired of being alone and on my own. I needed to have some support. True support.

I have all I want and need from NEST and PLUS I have the backing and support of a strong, confident, pleasant, loving and kind family. I have described Nest, Nest Plus and Travelsavers as being a big tree, with many branches and lots of leaves. And that's what it really is. It's a home.

I describe my once independent agency as a Boutique Host Agency. That means, we still take on new and sort of experienced agents, but, we are ourselves hosted. And I'm okay with that now. Everything I need is here, and if there is something I'd like to see, they take your suggestons and ideas serious.

There is a reason geese flock together and fly in a v formation. You can only be in the front for so long, and then you need to fall back and allow the wing support of all the others in your flock to help you get to your next destination. NEST PLUS is like that flock of geese. I was on my own for so long, I didn't even realize how much I needed the support of others to make it.
