I haven’t been with the company long yet, but so far have enjoyed the journey. I have had many opportunities for training and learning. Both with the company itself and outside. I have found support when needed and a community that is willing to help each other out. I am excited to continue to grow with this company.

I joined Modern Travel Professionals as a new agent. I felt supported by the agency and was provided plenty of training on both agency expectations as well as destinations. The opportunities for continued education and FAMs has been plentiful. Commission split is very fair and payments are sent in a timely manner . I cannot say enough about the continued support I receive from this agency.

The support provided by the team at Modern Travel Professionals is -- in my experience -- outstanding. Commissions are paid on time, training is provided, and FAMs are available. The agency provides tools like TESS as well as training on how to maximize those tools. The other agents are amazing colleagues - someone has been everywhere so there's always a resource to assist.

In this business, we hear host agency stories from each other. Many pay low commissions and have no support or training. Modern Travel Professionals is not one of those agencies. I moved to MTP in April 2022. I love having a CRM (previous agency didn't have one), training on the CRM, training on various topics such as social media, how to qualify a client, and more. I love opportunities to travel with the agency twice a year on FAM trips organized by our owner, Christine. She is ALWAYS on hand to offer great advice when I'm in a bind or unfamiliar with a destination. Christine is supportive, listens well & genuinely cares about what our CLIENT wants, rather than earning the most money. She is a true leader of our agency and sets a valuable example. Commission splits are very fair, as are annual fees. I highly recommend MTP and am thrilled to have found a home after 8 years in the business.
