Without a doubt the most progressive travel agency around. While this was my first experience with any travel agency, I do have friends that work in the industry as well and when I explain the resources and technology that are available to us it’s eye opening to see just how different we are compared to everyone else (in the best ways possible).

I have been with the agency for a short time, but I am already highly impressed with the organization and how it is structured. The training is intense, and gives a lot of information to a person that has never worked as a travel agent/advisor, but it is very much needed for the assessment to make sure you can fulfill your responsibilities once you are brought onto the agency. After you join, the resources thrown at you to make you successful are more than you can imagine. From sources for pricing for your clients, to sales coaching, and marketing coaching, it is all there. Even the CEO, David Eisen, calls in and engages in meetings. If you are serious about a career as a travel advisor, LuxRally is definitely the place to be.

When I decided it look into travel agencies I didn’t know where to begin. I stumbled across LuxRally travel and was immediately interested in an agency that was trying to break the mold and bring a fresh perspective to the travel business. After the interview, I was armed with multiple modules of trainings and information. The final exam took preparation and time, but put together everything learned to showcase. Since joining, I have felt very supported - chats, trainings, and many opportunities to learn and grow. The company values its agents and invests in the right people. I’m only just beginning my journey but am very happy with my decision to join LuxRally.

I’ve been a professional hairstylist for over ten years, but after a shoulder injury that significantly impacted my ability to continue my profession, I made the decision to become a travel agent. Between my family, friends, and clients, I knew that I had a great network of people that I might be able to help with their travels.

I spent a lot of time researching the profession and several different travel companies (including MANY MLM style companies that didn’t seem like a good a place to start). I eventually came across LuxRally. After my initial visit to their website, I could tell something about this company felt different than the others – more genuine. Free training, limited agents, and an origin story that was compelling.

After being accepted into their training program and going through countless hours of training, I was extremely excited to be accepted into LuxRally as a beginner agent with much to learn. The team I work with epitomizes the word team; everyone in the company (from the brand-new agents to the CEO) engage in almost nightly meetings to help everyone remain current on everything travel. The support I’ve received since starting at LuxRally has been nothing less than amazing. I’ve been provided experienced agents to reach out to at any time for help, a number of other travel resources I would otherwise not be able to access, and an overwhelming feeling of a community whose overall goal is to help each other succeed.

I am beyond happy I stumbled on LuxRally Travel in my search for a host agency. I did my research and knew LuxRally was the company I wanted to work with. I am new to the industry and their mandatory training program was rigorous. I learned so much and can't imagine jumping into this without the knowledge that they provide. The training is free, the help is free, and there are no fees to be a part of their team. You have to pass a final exam that will put you through the wringer, but it is worth it. They are selective and don't want to put the work into agents that don't want to put the work into this career. I am only a month into being a LuxRally agent and let me tell you, I am excited for my future in travel.
The LuxRally team is always willing to help each other and I love that we can ask a question at any time and it is answered within minutes if not seconds. We have meetings throughout the week for various reasons and they are all informational and for support. The support with LuxRally is unparalleled!

I am very new to the industry. I started my research into becoming a travel advisor in Jan 2024. (I have always loved helping others beforehand with travel.) HAR really helped me narrow down my choices. Having worked in sales for years, I was skeptical of the MLM schemes or the "free" this and that. I wanted to learn everything I could before choosing. I finally decided on LRT. Not only do they help train you (at no cost), everyone has been so supportive on the team. I know I do not know everything there is in the vast world of travel, however, LRT is helping me learn all I can to truly help the client with anything and everything. The weekly meetings, whether for marketing or "ask me anything" from the owner of the company speaks volumes. LuxRally Travel is making moves for the industry in the right way. If you are wanting to make this a career and not just a "discount TA hobby" you have to apply with LRT! We are trained to price shop with MULTIPLE vendors in a quick quote method. I have also loved being able to say that I do not charge service fees. As a new agent, I love not having to worry about that first objection and trying to value prop why I have to charge that. I do not have to worry about a monthly fee to pay, I did not have to worry about paying for all the education received so far. Those that a wary about applying to certain host agencies, stop and just apply with LRT! You will not regret your choice! I flipping love it here!

As a new agent, LuxRally Travel has truly exceeded my expectations. From the start, both management and fellow agents have been very supportive and helpful. The training provided from David Eisen and the team is very comprehensive, providing agents with necessary and endless tools to excel from the start. I am proud to tell people that I am a travel advisor with LuxRally Travel! Having been semi-retired for several years, I was looking for a career that would let me be flexible but follow my passion and LRT did just that. All the training I needed to launch my career was offered to me complimentary (just as they provide services to their clients - FREE!). I was given access to all the training tools I could get my hands on and do at my pace. I was given complimentary marketing training by the VP of Marketing PLUS one-on-one time with her to fine-tune my goals. Above all this, what has been most impressive to me is the team comradery. There's no "that's my client" or "I'm not going to help you if I'm not getting paid". Far from it! The LRT chat is 24/7 - people sharing experiences, asking questions and making one another laugh. Even though we are spread all over the country, it feels like we all work together as a team. I have learned an enormous amount in the past four months and learn more every day. AND kuddos to all the young agents who help this "50-something" agent with some of the generational gaps - always with love, laughter and support!

I appreciate them not charging me any fees, giving me the option to schedule a personal session for help and the option to record the team trainings, it really helps me when I don't have to pay any fees just to join a host agency and being able to get training from different suppliers for free as well. That's a really valuable source to learn.
