The coursework that we went through with LuxRally was so much more detailed and thorough (over 300 individual courses) that it blew away the other training we had seen available, not to mention the fact that so many other agencies wanted more money for a monthly subscription.

The owners genuinely care about your success and are consistently making improvements to make it easier for their agents to succeed and maximize commissions. The commission split was also more to start out than other host agencies offered.
The icing on the cake is their CRM. The owner came from a computer programming background and set up a program called Fastbook where we can pull hotel rates from almost every booking site so we can ensure we are getting our clients the lowest rate possible. We are also able to book cruises and air in this program, and it automatically creates a booking invoice and gets integrated in their accounting system, so the agents can get paid as quickly as possible.
Lastly, not charging planning fees or having clients sign a terms and conditions disclosure made perfect sense to me. A new client has absolutely nothing to lose and everything to gain working with a LuxRally Travel Advisor.
Awesome CRM, makes price checking and recommendations to clients easy. Comms are easy to check and email hotels. Automated VIP Requests and invoicing is awesome. Lots of support for agents and helpful advice provided by the agency. Tons of vetted hotel partners and benefits rates too! Agency is growing very fast and using AI to support agents.
LuxRally is a top notch agency from all aspects.
