Jess.Travel has gone above and beyond my expectations for a host agency. I was looking to start custom travel planning for a while but could not settle on an agency. The ones I looked at were too impersonal or had too high of a start-up cost. As I was looking to do travel planning on the side of a fulltime job, I really wanted an agency where I'd feel like part of a family and where sales weren't expected of me, but applauded when I had them. I can confidently say I found that in Jess.Travel. At Jess.Travel, every agent is a person. Jess and Joe respond to emails quicker than I get back to texts from friends. Additionally, Jess.Travel creates commission split tiers to motivate their agents. During my first year, I went from a 50/50 commission split (as per my contract) to 90/10 due to my sales (and the bar isn't set too high either!). I highly recommend Jess.Travel to any person who loves to plan travel and is looking for a tight-knit community to do it with.
