Even though the travel business was one of the hardest hit during the pandemic, the company was very fair to all of the home based agents, freezing any fees and offering support and encouragement in a multitude of ways. Their response time is practically immediate, and they are all truly there to support us every step of the way, with whatever questions or concerns we have.
