We are a smaller Host agency with the feel of having our agents feel like employees and family vs your typical Independent Contractor/Host relationship.

Honey Bee Travel Agency has the mindset that education is key and want to encourage and navigate agents in any way possible to ensure in the success of the agent. Commissions are base on education and experience, not on sales.

We offer a few membership packages. One is the traditional IC benefits of operating under your own company name but want a more personal relationship with their host and be afforded opportunities and incentives that would otherwise be offered to top producers. A second option would be great for those who prefer to be on a team and not focus on building a company because they operate as an IC of Honey Bee Travel Agency. We also offer a membership with approval from Admin to First Responders, Active Duty and Veterans, and Educators.
