I have been working with Nicki and Elite Travel Concierge for about one year now and it has been a great experience. Everyone at the agency is very supportive and welcoming. Anytime that I have a question (which is a lot) Nicki always answers my questions right away and offers advice when I need it. You may have your niche, but when a client requests a vacation out of your niche, you have a great team of agents that offer help and direction if needed. I have been able to specialize in Disney and all inclusive travel but am also able to expand my knowledge to Europe if my clients requests it. Being able to have wonderful communication with our BDM's and suppliers makes working for our agency a wonderful experience!
