I joined BTA from a much larger host agency and BTA has been a breath of fresh air. BTA is a smaller, boutique agency but with robust tools and access to the best suppliers in the luxury travel market. Their commission splits are reasonable and there are so many perks to be had at this level. The agency owners are hands on and willing to help in whatever we may need. I am happy I made the switch !
