As travel has become more complicated for our clients, it's also made running a travel business increasingly complex. Since travel was already a high-risk industry, in the "new normal" small travel businesses are even more likely to deal with the riskiest elements of running a business on a much larger scale. The good news is that almost all of the risk that comes with running a travel business can be managed and mitigated. In this session, we'll cover the key touchpoints for risk, and talk about the simple things that travel advisors can do to ensure that they're protecting their businesses, as well as their clientele.
