How soon after start up fees are paid can a new TA expect to be qualified to book their first vacation?

Will the study materials clearly outlines the journey a newbie will take in order to feel qualified to call himself a TA?

Will there be testing to determine if the study material is clicking for the newbie?

Will the study resources be self taught or will there be "In person" classes.
