I'm five months into my journey with Outside Agents. I chose them because they were the best value as far as I could tell, and the woman who inspired me to pursue this career recommended them after doing her research after having started with another company that was an MLM that she doesn't want to be affiliated with. I'm taking her to lunch tomorrow in appreciation for the recommendation, I feel like OA was a good fit for me. So far they've been pretty hands off with me, but that's kind of what I wanted while I got the business parts completed ... setting up the business, figuring out how to organize things, getting the inital training done and getting familiar with everything, getting my website set up, the whole nine yards, dang no wonder I'm tired, lol. I kid. Not really but OA made it so much better than it could have been. They will not hold your hand, don't expect that, I didn't even want that and suspect you don't either. But as you have questions, they will answer the ones related to their business. If it's related to YOUR business, that's all you. You are assigned a mentor after your initial training and because I'm still pretty early, I'm trying to get a feel for how that works. It's pretty incredible what a great system they have set up, for so many agents from so many backgrounds with such different levels of knowlege and experience. And they make it work. Oh, you need to know, they have a great system for handling pretty much any question you have that you can't find yourself. MOST of it is already documented and it's pretty easy to find your way around after you get the hang of it. But when you can't find the answer or you need something, you just submit an SOS ticket. Their SOS team is on top of it, they're quick with a response! I'm coming from a corporate background and am super impressed with their SOS team in comparison to the responses I've seen in the corporate world. I'm super early in and will come back and update later on. My advice so far would be to bet on OA and go for it!
This is the best host agency around! Steve and Chad make every agent feel important. They are very responsive and are always around to lend a hand as well as provide much needed information to stear you in the right direction. I have been with them for 3 years now. They helped me turn my hobby into a career.
Thought I am a small part time agent they still provide me with the same support as their top sellers. I have been with them for many years and was originally with another host agency which I was actually paying for and never got support.
Chad has been very helpful in many areas and the rest of the staff answers any questions and helps me fix any mistakes no matter how big or small. Honestly I would have gotten out of this industry, which I love, long ago if it was not for their amazing kindness and support without requiring any financial commitment from me.
Oh and their commission structure is amazing, on of the industry's best, and the tools provided gives you everything you need to easily succeed you just got to implement them.

I have been using them for close to 5 years. So far so good, but then again I had some experience in the industry and I am a very do it myself kind of person...so no hand holding necessary.
They have a pretty healthy agent forum where most any question can be answered. If not then a quick email to to Chad or Marty usually gets the question answered.
I have worked with Outside Agents for several and have a rewarding experience. I have referred several agents to Outside Agents and they are completely satified with their experience.
Outside Agents is very good for experience and start up Agents.
I have been associated with the Cruises & Tours Unlimited family since 2005. They are very helpful and give plenty of training to make our travel businesses successful. If you are looking for a host agency look no further! Outside Agents owners are always available when you need them and are so helpful with any questions you may have. They are there to help you grow your business every step of the way. They have available all the vendor resources at your fingertips. You always get paid on time and the commission you can earn with them is like none other. The more you produce, the more your commission is. Another great perk is no fee to sign up. I researched host agencies before I made my monumental decision to join outsideagents.com., and have not regretted my decision for one moment. The family has owned the business for the past twenty years and treats everyone like family. You can always pick up the phone to get answer or opinion about a problem. Training is with every cruiseline, tour operator, insurance company or airline consolidator. They maintain a library of on-demand webinars in case you might have missed a webinar the day it was presented, or just want to go over it again.

This is my second host agency, and my success would not be near where it is without Outside Agents. With Outside Agents you're a part of a family, and your "parents" are always there to help you.
I won't mention the other host agency I dealt with before Outside Agents, but I got absolutely no help from them and I didn't make a single sale while with them. I never knew the names of anyone there.
There are plenty of host agencies that tell you that you have access to those at the top, but with Outside Agents that is the absolute truth.
I've had a pipeline to Steve, Chad & Marty from the very beginning ... and on my first cruise booking Steve bailed me out and saved my butt.
I had booked a cruise on the brand new Oasis of the Seas for a pastor, but being new I did not know the additional paperwork I had to do, the cruise was cancelled and I didn't find out about it few weeks before sailing. I frantically called Steve, and in minutes he located the lone remaining cabin in that category and got it taken care of.
The pastor never knew how close he came to not sailing and he and his wife loved the cruise so much that he allowed me to book a group cruise for his church that included 110 members. Had Steve intervened immediately I would never have gotten the repeat business - and my reputation would have been tarnished throughout this denomination.
In our agent forum there are always similar stories from folks just like me. And whether we're experienced or new to the business, we all take comfort in knowing that we have people at the top and throughout the Outside Agents office who are always there to listen, teach and help us grow our business.
I can't imagine going somewhere else. That would be like leaving my family.
