I have been with outside agents for 6 years after leaving a large travel agency in Philadelphia. They are all knowledgeable agents who offer help whenever needed. I am lucky that I am in Myrtle Beach so that I can stop in and meet the girls in person to pick up mail or brochures. I will be sticking with them!!

I joined Outside Agent Link 2 1/2 years ago after being in the business for 6-7 years with a single owner agency. I found all the staff at Thomas Hogan most helpful and informative. Even though I thought I knew the business I found that the staff (Krissi, Ann, Carol and all) were always willing to assist me with a problem or challenge and never made me feel stupid. I have been affiliated with Outside Agent Link for close to a decade now. They have made working from home so I can care for my family very pleasant and easy. Their support staff is always pleasant and quick to respond, commissions are paid on time and they have a lot of wonderful resources for agents. Their booking engine, Travel Server, has some glitches that I don't love, but you have the flexibility to book with a huge variety of partners without using it. It is very easy to keep track of sales and I love their accounting tools. I highly recommend them for home based agents. They are one of the best out there.
