I am proud to tell people that I am a travel advisor with LuxRally Travel! Having been semi-retired for several years, I was looking for a career that would let me be flexible but follow my passion and LRT did just that. All the training I needed to launch my career was offered to me complimentary (just as they provide services to their clients - FREE!). I was given access to all the training tools I could get my hands on and do at my pace. I was given complimentary marketing training by the VP of Marketing PLUS one-on-one time with her to fine-tune my goals. Above all this, what has been most impressive to me is the team comradery. There's no "that's my client" or "I'm not going to help you if I'm not getting paid". Far from it! The LRT chat is 24/7 - people sharing experiences, asking questions and making one another laugh. Even though we are spread all over the country, it feels like we all work together as a team. I have learned an enormous amount in the past four months and learn more every day. AND kuddos to all the young agents who help this "50-something" agent with some of the generational gaps - always with love, laughter and support!

Awesome agency to work for. They take of their clients and employees and wants to make sure everyone is setup for success. The training is very informative and still learning from experience. I joined Lux Rally in 2022 and was welcomed with open arms to a great onboarding training having not been an agent before. As a group we all collaborate to help each other out to share knowledge across all parts of the industry. So I started at luxrally travel February 2023. I started part time. In just a few months luxrally helped me obtain my iatan accreditation as an agent at no cost to me. Thanks to the unmatched comission splits, highest tiered comissions with every supplier we deal with. All of this at no start up cost what so ever.
